Dr. Gershom Sikaala holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and Humanity from West Virginia University. Residing in Los Angeles, he is a renowned international author, featured on multiple magazine covers including House Publishing in the UK and prominent U.S. publications. A visionary innovator, Gershom was a mentor to Chadwick Boseman of “Black Panther” fame.
In his early years, he founded Zambikes, the world’s first social business, which gained recognition on CNN and BBC News—helping to redefine social entrepreneurship globally. He is also the founder of Purekonect Private Stock Company. An award-winning thought leader, Gershom is dedicated to creating solutions that improve lives and eradicate unemployment in the United States and Zambia.

Stefan Wetzel
Stefan Wetzel is an accomplished executive and coach with extensive experience in business coaching, education, and organizational development. He is CEO of International Business Coaching & Consulting in Germany, where he specializes in business development, performance coaching and organizational change with a focus on value-based and servant leadership.
Stefan held key roles such as Manager Culture and Events @ US Center of Diplomacy, Manager of Player Care and Education for the Houston Astros, where he developed educational curricula for young athletes and implemented mental performance strategies. He is a certified member of the John Maxwell team and has a background in sports leadership. He also served as Head of Educational Development at VabW e.V. Alsdorf Germany, overseeing teams of social coaches and managing organizational change initiatives.
Stefan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Coaching and Change Management and another Master’s Degree in Sports and Economics. He is fluent in German, French, and Spanish, and possesses strong project management and communication skills.
